We can store dry sherry in a dark and dry place .But once the bottle is opened we must have to try to use all the bottle in one day while we are using it at home but if we want to store it then you can store it up to 3 weeks to 3 months depending upon the quality of the dry sherry and its brand.
WE can refrigerate the bottle of dry sherry and recork it after using in order to store it. We must try to finish the bottle as it is opened because once the bottle is opened; the oxygen in the air goes in it that softens the flavor of wine. This process is known as oxidation and that process gradually spoils the dry sherry and makes it unable to drink. So we must be careful in its handling.Sherry is a fortified wine which is made from white grapes that are grown near the town of Jerez , Spain
